• Tell us about your home and car. Send a photo of your fuse board and where you park, or book a visit.
• Get your quote in writing. We confirm the charger, cable run and any fuse board work up front, so there are no surprises.
• We fit it. Our own team installs your charger, usually in one day.
• We certify and hand over. We notify the work and show you how to schedule charging in the app.

Charge from your own roof

If you have solar, or you’re planning it, some chargers can use your spare solar power, so more of your driving runs on electricity you generate. Add a battery and you can store daytime power for evening charging.

Smart charging that saves you money

Many smart chargers let you schedule charging for when electricity is cheapest, such as overnight on an off-peak tariff. We’ll show you how to set this up in the app, so your car is ready each morning without paying peak rates. If you’re not sure which tariff suits you, just ask us and we’ll point you in the right direction.

Is a home charger right for you?

A home EV charger suits you if you have a driveway or garage, drive an electric or plug-in hybrid car (or are about to), and would rather charge at home than at public points.

If you don’t have off-street parking, it needs more thought, because charging across a pavement involves extra rules. We’ll tell you honestly whether it works for your home.
